Billericay & District Angling Club Waters

Here are our waters available to members from 2005. Fuller details including directions, car parking arrangements, fishery by-laws and times of fishing, appear in the Club Handbook you will receive.
At the end of each location, we describe accessibility and terrain, to assist the less mobile members to decide whether the water would be suitable.

Kings Court Reservoir Key: B K N
 

This is a medium-sized agricultural reservoir, between Chelmsford and Ongar, which contains a large head of crucian-type carp, many now well over 2lbs, bream to 6lbs, roach, rudd and tench. The bream numbers have grown in recent years, and 100lbs mixed catches are now seen.

FISHERY RULES

  1. Night fishing allowed
  2. Maximum of two rods in use per member

A long walk over a field. Swims are individual wide gaps in reed.
