Billericay & District Angling Club Waters

Here are our waters available to members from 2005. Fuller details including directions, car parking arrangements, fishery by-laws and times of fishing, appear in the Club Handbook you will receive.
At the end of each location, we describe accessibility and terrain, to assist the less mobile members to decide whether the water would be suitable.

This is a well established agricultural reservoir, which primarily caters for the carp angler. Fish to over 30 lbs have been caught in the past, but members are more likely now to take fish of 10-25 lbs, especially at night. Those using normal carp baits will find they also catch bream which are now averaging between 6-8 lbs. We have also stocked the reservoir with good sized tench, which do not turn up that often, and there has always been a good head of roach up to 2 lbs, which are not fished for regularly.
For more information please refer to the handbook.

Very short walk from parking area to nearest swims.
